Joseph Cumbo brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked as a construction estimator and project manager on a wide range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects. His background includes detailed cost estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site project oversight.

With a deep understanding of asphalt, concrete, and site services, Joseph leads field operations with a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety, and efficient execution. His practical experience allows Escarpment Construction to deliver projects that are not only well-built, but well-managed.

Christopher Feges is the Co-Founder of Escarpment Construction Ltd., bringing extensive expertise in finance, business operations, and entrepreneurship to the company. With a proven track record of building and leading successful businesses, Christopher combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational management to help drive the company's continued growth and long-term success. He previously owned and operated a successful sports grill franchise and also served as a Director of Finance within the financial services industry, where he gained extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and organizational leadership. 

At Escarpment Construction, Christopher oversees the company's financial management, business operations, contract administration, and strategic planning. His disciplined approach to financial stewardship, process improvement, and operational excellence ensures projects are delivered efficiently, transparently, and with a strong focus on long-term sustainability. Christopher is passionate about building strong client relationships, fostering sustainable business growth, and creating systems that support exceptional service and lasting results
