Joseph brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked as a construction estimator and project manager on a wide range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects. His background includes detailed cost estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site project oversight.

With a deep understanding of asphalt, concrete, and site services, Joseph leads field operations with a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety, and efficient execution. His practical experience allows Escarpment Construction to deliver projects that are not only well-built, but well-managed.

CO-FOUNDER

Christopher is an entrepreneur with a strong background in business operations and financial leadership. He previously owned and operated a successful sports grill franchise and has also served as a Director of Finance, for a financial institute.  bringing valuable experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

At Escarpment Construction, Christopher oversees financial management, contract administration, and business operations—ensuring projects are delivered with transparency, fiscal discipline, and long-term sustainability
